His body could be donated to a school of medicine in Peru.     His mother, Mildred Anderson Heddy, 69, will immediately receive $30,000.     In his will, he donated his body to the School of Medicine at UCLA and his eyes to the Estelle Doheny Foundation, however his attorney said that time has expired for donation of his eyes.

The last wish of the North American actor was fulfilled the day before yesterday when his body was sent to the Anatomy Department at San Fernando.     Presently the body of Fleming is being kept in a tub of formaldehyde however some university staff believe that it is inlikely that the body can be used due to its damaged state.
